Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success and addressing real-world challenges. Your primary tasks include:

• Provide efficient and timely feedback to customers, delivering solutions and troubleshooting suggestions.
• Conduct phone calls or remote sessions with agility, respecting the importance of our customers' time.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, utilizing tools to identify issues, from unusual configurations to viruses and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with developers to implement preventative measures, minimizing the recurrence of issues.
• Engage with third-party vendors for bug resolution, contributing valuable insights to our Knowledge Base when necessary.
• Dedicate 90% of your time to novel challenges, fostering constant engagement and personal growth.
• Evaluate and potentially code new tools in collaboration with the development team.

Requirements:

• All academic backgrounds are welcome.
• Experience with Windows architecture is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
